1.6 Data Retention
- KYC/AML records and transaction data may be retained for the period required by applicable law after account closure.
- Log and security data may be kept longer where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal defense.
- When data is no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it where technically and legally possible.
1.7 Security
- We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and backups).
- No system is fully immune to incidents. You are responsible for keeping your password and devices secure.

1.9 Children
AUXON.BID is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us so we can remove it where appropriate.
1.10 International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers or by partners located in other countries. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections or equivalent measures.
1.11 Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted here. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the changes.
2) Cookies Policy
This Cookies Policy explains how AUXON.BID uses cookies and similar technologies on the platform.
2.1 What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site recognize your device and remember certain information about your visit.
2.2 Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly Necessary Cookies – required for core functions such as logging in, keeping sessions active, securing your account, and processing bids. These cannot be disabled via our cookie tools.
- Performance & Analytics Cookies – help us understand how users interact with the platform (e.g., which pages are most visited, error rates, loading performance) so we can improve speed and UX.
- Functionality Cookies – remember preferences like language, region, and some interface settings.
- Security & Fraud Prevention Cookies – detect unusual patterns, limit certain high-risk actions, and help prevent unauthorized access.
2.3 Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third-party providers who help us with analytics, security, payments, or infrastructure. These providers are contractually limited in how they may use data from such cookies.
2.4 How We Use Cookie Data
- To keep you logged in and maintain session integrity.
- To remember basic choices (such as language or layout where applicable).
- To monitor performance, page loading, and responsiveness.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or automated behaviour.
2.5 Managing Cookies
- You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Doing so may impact some features (for example, you may be logged out each time or some pages may not function correctly).
- Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” or similar settings. Our response to such signals may vary depending on technical and legal constraints.
2.6 Changes to this Cookies Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of AUXON.BID after an update indicates acceptance of the changes.
3) Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to deposits, bids, winnings, and physical items bought or won via AUXON.BID, unless a specific auction or promotion states otherwise.
3.1 Deposits & Wallet Balance
-
Deposits made to your AUXON.BID wallet are generally non-refundable, except where:
- a clear technical error occurred (e.g., duplicate charge due to system fault); or
- a payment was credited incorrectly and cannot legally be kept.
-
Where refunds are granted for such errors, they may be returned to:
- your AUXON.BID wallet balance; or
- the original payment method, where technically and legally possible.
3.2 Bids, Entries & Auction Outcomes
- Placed bids and entries are final and not refundable, except as described in the Terms (for example, when an auction is voided or reserve is not met).
- If an auction does not meet its reserve, locked funds associated with non-winning bids are typically released back to your AUXON.BID wallet balance, not to the original payment instrument.
-
If an auction is cancelled or voided due to technical, legal, or integrity reasons, we may:
- refund affected entries to your AUXON.BID wallet; or
- re-run or relist the auction, as described in the Terms.
3.3 Physical Items & Order Issues
-
If you win or purchase a physical item:
- Fulfilment, packaging, and shipping may be handled by AUXON.BID or by third-party suppliers, as described in the Terms.
-
If an item cannot be supplied due to stock issues, supplier failure, or similar reasons, we may:
- offer a replacement of equal (or higher, at our discretion) value; or
- refund the applicable amount to your AUXON.BID wallet balance.
-
In the event of clearly damaged items on arrival:
- You must notify us (with photos or videos) within the time frame stated in the Terms (for example, 48 hours from delivery).
- We may work with the courier, supplier, or insurer to assess the issue and determine whether repair, replacement, or partial refund is appropriate.
3.4 Returns
- Because most items are part of limited or promotional auctions, returns may be restricted.
-
Where returns are allowed:
- Items must generally be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds, if approved, are usually issued to your AUXON.BID wallet after inspection/confirmation.
3.5 Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after bidding or winning.
- Failure to provide accurate shipping information or accept delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
- Losses related to network fees, currency exchange fluctuations, or third-party payment provider issues outside our control.
3.6 Process for Requesting a Refund
- Contact support via the details in the Contact & Requests section.
- Provide your account details, relevant transaction IDs, and clear explanation of the issue.
- Attach any required proofs (e.g., screenshots, courier tracking, photos of damaged goods).
- We will review your request and inform you of the outcome and any next steps.
Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer or financial protections that apply in your jurisdiction, where relevant.
